How to book, reschedule and cancel appointments in the booking tool:
To book me with Calendly, all you need to do is select a day and a free time slot, enter your name and email and choose a video call tool. Then you can leave any questions or comments, the booking is binding and you will receive a confirmation by email. In this confirmation email you will find the links to reschedule and cancel at the bottom. If you would like to use a tool other than Google Meet or Skype, please let me know in the comments field when you make your booking.
What you can book:
A free trial lesson of 40 minutes: Before the first session I offer you a trial lesson for free, where we get to know each other without obligation and check if we can work together. Feel free to forward this link to potentially interested people!
A session you have already paid for: Please let me know in the comments whether it is a rebooking of an already scheduled appointment or an additional lesson.
A session that has not yet been paid for: In this case, you will need to make the payment for the lessons before the appointment. Please read the following payment instructions.
Payment instructions:
For each individual session I charge a fee of 40, 60 or 80 euros depending on the agreed duration. The fee is VAT-exempt according to the VAT Act.
You can pay for up to 10 lessons at once. Payment is due before the first class of the series.
You can pay by bank transfer or via PayPal. If necessary, you are also welcome to suggest a different method of payment.
After receipt of payment I will send you the invoice. For this I need your full name, address and tax number.
If agreed lessons do not take place for technical reasons or through my fault, they will be repeated free of charge.
If agreed lessons do not take place due to the participant's fault and they have not been cancelled in advance, they will be invoiced.
